![]() ![]() ![]() I do agree that certain buildings are never useful to me the arcade is the worst offender, the casino being a close second. In the latter situation it's because they're coded to go for the best service quality they can afford first. I while back I tested if taverns would work near conventillos but they still prefered the funfair pier, some even went to a restaurant.Īfter all the bugs with parking decks and metros I stopped building them. I believe there's one edict that doubles the work shifts, worker of the month or something like that. Max budget on factories will increase the output and wages while they are working, It might not prolong their working hours, but it'll increase the output and turn the Tropicans into wealthier taxpayers. The Tropicans seek out appropriate entertainment within their wealth class. I guess all of the buildings that I mentioned could be effective IF you don't build competing buildings a restaurant will make taverns obsolete, but if you don't build restaurants then maybe fast food would work. There are many buildings that I never build because they don't really work I can't seem to get people to visit my fast food restaurants, or the arcade, opera house etc. Taverns are for everybody and they work fine in the colonial era, but as you progress and end up with wealthier Tropicans the taverns won't be enough.Įventually you need luxury restaurants with upgrades, by that time the taverns will be empty.Ĭircus suffers the same fate people stop going if there are better alternatives. I believe it's relative higher service quality means they get their fill quicker - IF they can afford it of course. ![]()
